Proposed form for reports to be submitted under article 19 of the ILO Constitution in 2026
In this document, the Governing Body is invited to request governments to submit reports under article 19 of the ILO Constitution on the Termination of Employment Convention (No. 158) and Recommendation (No. 166), 1982, with a view to the preparation of a General Survey by the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations in 2026 and its discussion by the Conference Committee on the Application of Standards in 2027. The Governing Body is invited to approve the corresponding report form (see the draft decision in paragraph 6).
